Photography is my hobby, not my religion.

Back at the streets.

The following photos were taken at Binondo, Manila (a.k.a. China Town) last Monday during the  Chinese New Year. My 50mm prime lens is not wide enough to cover the celebration so I concentrated on getting some street captures instead.

More photos after the jump. ^_^

A friendly kalesa (horse-driven passenger carriage) driver voluntarily poses for us. And yes, instead of digits, his plate says the words “HORSE POWER: Four Feet Drive.”

Ongpin, a very popular street in Binondo, is always synonymous to Chinese goodies.

Just some random couple my lens snapped by. I dunno if she’s really sleeping, but if she does, her balance is commendable!

An old man passing by while… oh, bugger.

Next post: more street photos in full color! That’s a promise^_^
